These Terms & Conditions govern the marketing and student-recruitment services provided by Target Student Media Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 8679918), registered office 476 St Albans Rd, Watford, Herts, WD24 6QU, UK.

Our services

We provide institution profiles, social media promotion (Facebook and Instagram) and a student enquiry-lead service across our country-specific websites (currently covering Brazil, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Nigeria, Colombia and Peru). Services are supplied to client institutions on the basis of the proposal and campaign duration agreed in writing before work begins.

Campaign terms

Our standard campaigns run for 12 months from the date a profile goes live, with discounted rates available for 24-month campaigns. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific pricing depends on the number of markets targeted and campaign duration — contact us for a proposal.

Institution-supplied content

Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of the copy, images, logo and any video links supplied for their profile. We translate supplied English text into the relevant local language at no extra cost; we are not responsible for inaccuracies present in the original text supplied.

Amendments

Institutions may request reasonable amendments to a live profile (text, images, logo or video) at any time during their campaign at no extra charge.

Student enquiries

Enquiries generated through our data-capture forms are forwarded to the relevant institution as part of the campaign package, at no additional cost. We do not guarantee a specific volume of enquiries or leads, as this depends on market conditions and the institution's own programme offering.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a campaign with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current campaign period are non-refundable, reflecting translation, design and promotional work already carried out.

Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services but do not guarantee specific recruitment or enrolment outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with these services is limited to the fees paid by the institution for the campaign in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
